Music curation and tailored musical atmospheres for hotels, restaurants, shops and events

Hello, we are Air Music Curation, an agency dedicated to creating musical atmospheres for spaces that refuse the ordinary.

We design tailored soundscapes that help hotels, restaurants, shops, events and more to push their identity further through carefully crafted musical journeys.

Our purpose is to elevate storytelling, transform spaces into living narratives, and create customer experiences that go beyond aesthetics, becoming truly immersive sensory encounters.

We can start by talking about how we work, our past projects or the sound of your space?

The process

A creative process to push your vision further

  1. 01

    Immersion

A deep reading of the place: its light, volumes, clientele and rhythm, and above all its history, environment, purpose and vision.

  2. 02

    Emotional mapping

Not a genre or a tempo but a feeling, which becomes the blueprint.

  3. 03

    Curation

These emotions become a first selection of tracks, paired with a manifesto that illustrates the proposal.

  4. 04

    In situ

The selection is brought to life in the space to identify the adjustments needed.

  5. 05

    Long-term relationship

New tracks are continuously added to the original atmospheres, creating an infinite feeling of discovery.

Barra Oso

Restaurant · Barcelona, Spain

Venue: An upscale restaurant on Carrer de Muntaner: low light, candles, vinyl, and a chic neighbourhood looking for informal elegance.

Sound: Urban intensity. A jazz house, deep house and nu jazz backbone (Moodymann, St Germain, Kerri Chandler), a cultural hip-hop layer (Nas, The Roots) and a few deliberate mainstream anchors. By day the music structures the experience without ever imposing itself; at night it asks for tension rather than coherence. Calculated ruptures, from B.B. King to Grace Jones, leave no one indifferent.

Trozo de Oso

Restaurant · Begur, Costa Brava

Venue: A beachside restaurant in Sa Riera, an international holiday crowd, sunset dinners.

Sound: Liberation and solar pleasure, anchored in Begur’s history with Cuba through the indianos. Latin warmth, soul and jazz house at lunch; vocal house, R&B and disco at night, with Guy Cuevas as a signature artist. Soul and funk set a solar core, sunburnt skin and ice-cold rosé, while Khruangbin and Benny Sings run through lunch like a soft, dreamy thread.

Jean Jacques

Parisian brasserie · Madrid, Spain

Venue: A typical French brasserie with a fun twist through music. Opening November 2026.

Sound: From dreamy in the morning till lively in the evening, following the rhythm of the day. Mornings float on acoustic, instrumental textures, with a few French voices such as Bardot or Gréco surfacing like a signature. As the room fills, chanson, nu jazz and French house mix freely, before disco and post-disco dress up the evening.

Colette

Speakeasy cocktail bar · Madrid, Spain

Venue: The underground floor beneath Jean Jacques: a bar, a modular space and two private lounges, open evenings only.

Sound: Louder and more electronic, built for a night of beats and glamour. Face A is deep house and stripped-back dub techno, a low-key, glamorous pulse that leaves room for conversation. Face B turns to minimal techno, acid and dark house, with experimental accents and a few French nods, from Arnaud Rebotini to an electroclash Joe le Taxi.

Damonte & Lacarrieu

Interior design · Saint-Tropez, Paris, Ibiza

Venue: An Italian interior design house with boutiques in three locations.

Sound: All genres and influences that these places heard in their history, from French classics to Lo-Fi passing by Jazz and electronic. The soul of Minnie Riperton and Gil Scott-Heron meets the France of Gainsbourg, Bardot and Dutronc, the Italian disco revival and today’s jazz house. Not nostalgia: stratification, a sound geology.

Idyllic Menorca

Luxury villa rentals · Menorca, Spain

Venue: A collection of the island’s most iconic villas and the community around them.

Sound: Aquatic, contemplative, dreamy sounds from the Balearics and beyond. Dawn floats between contemplative jazz and whispered bossa nova; the afternoon settles by the pool with Sade and El Michels Affair; sunset carries the body with Nu Genea and Maribou State; the night belongs to disco house, intimate rather than club.

La Nonna Lina

Italian delicatessen · Toulouse, France

Venue: A high-end Italian épicerie with two shops in Toulouse.

Sound: An imaginary Riviera from the 1950s to the late 1990s, on five pillars: Italian chanson, Mediterranean jazz, American soul and funk, French Mediterranean and Italodisco. From Fred Buscaglione to Lucio Battisti, from the jazz Chet Baker brought to Italy to soul, funk and Italodisco: mostly solar and joyful, sometimes slightly melancholic, at an energy that suits a working day as much as a visit.

Cover of Sloft Édition Biarritz

Sloft & CHANEL

Event · Paris, France

Occasion: The launch of Sloft’s 10th edition, a Biarritz city guide commissioned by CHANEL, celebrated on the Sloft rooftop in Paris.

Sound: Salt breeze atmosphere, surf inspired tracks and local talents, echoing CHANEL’s return to Biarritz. Agar Agar and Lee-Ann Curren, both from Biarritz, sit beside reverb-soaked surf guitars and Balearic sunshine pop: the portrait of a city that never chose between elegance and the waves.
